India, March 19 -- Steelman Telecom Ltd on Thursday announced that its shareholders have approved an increase in the company's authorised share capital at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on March 19, 2026.

The authorised share capital has been raised from Rs 11 crore to Rs 12.5 crore, through the creation of an additional 15 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each. Post the increase, the company's authorised capital now comprises 1.25 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each.

The newly created shares will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares. Following this change, the company has also amended Clause V of its Memorandum of Association to reflect the revised capital structure.
