India, Aug. 27 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.37 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.47 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 31.70 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 35.15 per cent at Rs 104.15 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 77.06 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 38.14 per cent to Rs 98.27 crore from Rs 71.14 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 61.39 per cent at Rs 1.17 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 3.03 crore).
