India, July 13 -- Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited has expanded its partnership with the India-based subsidiary of a UK-headquartered global professional services and technology firm by leasing over 930 seats at its Pune campus.
With the latest expansion, the client's total footprint with Smartworks has grown to more than 1,730 seats. The 60-month agreement is expected to generate committed rental revenue of approximately Rs 58 crore, taking the combined rental commitment from the client to around Rs 102 crore.
