India, Oct. 13 -- Siyaram Recycling Industries Ltd has secured an international order worth Rs 4.06 crore from Green Metals FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for the supply of brass billets.
The order is valued at Rs 4,06,50,695.91 and is classified as a fixed-cost contract. The company is required to execute the order within 30 days.
Siyaram Recycling Industries clarified that the order has been awarded by an international entity and does not involve any interest from the promoter group or group companies. The transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.
