India, Aug. 6 -- Silver futures declined on Thursday, with the September contract falling Rs 792, or 0.35%, to Rs 2,26,792 per kilogram on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX).
The contract witnessed a business turnover of 1,700 lots during the session.
Analysts attributed the decline to profit booking and fresh selling by market participants, which weighed on silver prices.
