India, Sept. 9 -- Silver futures rose on Wednesday, tracking a firm trend in global markets and supported by fresh buying by market participants.
On the MCX, silver contracts for December delivery climbed Rs 989, or 0.41%, to Rs 2,40,416 per kg, with trading volume standing at 1,192 lots.
