India, Oct. 28 -- Silver futures prices declined by Rs 1,416 to Rs 1,95,301 per kilogram on Wednesday, weighed down by selling pressure and reduced positions by market participants.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), silver contracts for December delivery fell Rs 1,416, or 0.72%, to trade at Rs 1,95,301 per kg, with a business turnover of 1,089 lots.

Market analysts attributed the decline in silver futures to selling by participants, which exerted downward pressure on prices during the trading session.
