India, April 16 -- Silver futures rose on Thursday, supported by fresh buying interest amid uncertainty surrounding US trade policy.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for May delivery increased by Rs 2,058, or 0.82%, to Rs 2,53,800 per kg, with a turnover of 2,095 lots.
Analysts said the uptick was driven by fresh positions created by market participants.
