India, May 30 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.91 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 6.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 29.66 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 18.88 per cent at Rs 92.10 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 113.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 15.76 per cent to Rs 79.90 crore from Rs 94.85 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 24.86 per cent at Rs 1.33 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.77 crore).
