India, May 21 -- Securities and Exchange Board of India, National Institute of Securities Markets and Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote corporate governance, ESG practices, and capital market development in India.

Under the partnership, NISM and IICA will jointly develop and conduct capacity-building programmes, certification courses, executive education modules, and specialised training programmes for SEBI officials and professionals from regulatory and financial sector institutions.
