India, July 10 -- Scan Steels Ltd has clarified that the requirement to submit details relating to the Escrow Payment Mechanism is not applicable to the company.
In response to an exchange query dated July 1, 2026, the company stated that it has not issued and does not have any instruments or arrangements for which an escrow payment mechanism is required under the applicable SEBI regulations.
