India, May 28 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.91 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 3.22 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.60 per cent at Rs 21.52 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 20.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.96 per cent to Rs 15.30 crore from Rs 14.44 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 124.49 per cent at Rs -0.12 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.49 crore).
