India, Aug. 6 -- Satin Creditcare Network Ltd. (SCNL) has launched a Rs 1 crore flood relief initiative to support around 15,000 families affected by floods in Assam.
The relief programme will cover nearly 200 villages across the districts of Sivasagar, Charaideo and Jorhat. As part of the initiative, the company has deployed 15 relief vehicles and mobilised around 150 employees to ensure timely distribution of essential supplies.
Relief kits will include mosquito nets, bedsheets, kitchen utensils, disinfectants, sanitary pads, bleaching powder, food supplies and drinking water to help affected families meet their immediate needs.
