India, May 14 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.94 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.19 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 57.08 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 42.19 per cent at Rs 10.51 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 18.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 38.30 per cent to Rs 9.60 crore from Rs 15.56 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 74.42 per cent at Rs 0.75 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.43 crore).
