India, Aug. 18 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.22 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 45.89 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 97.34 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined by 0.68 per cent at Rs 33.52 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 33.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 65.27 per cent to Rs 25.40 crore from Rs 73.13 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 327.27 per cent at Rs 0.94 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.22 crore).
