India, Nov. 6 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.37 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 83.18 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined by 5.91 per cent at Rs 3.98 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 28.47 per cent to Rs 1.76 crore from Rs 1.37 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 117.70 per cent at Rs -0.20 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 1.13 crore).
