India, July 16 -- Sai Silks (Kalamandir) Ltd. on Tuesday, 12 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 75 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Monday, 03 August 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 03 August 2026.
The last two dividends are 50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 22 August 2025) and 50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 20 September 2024).
