India, Aug. 26 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.82 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.62 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 22.10 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.80 per cent at Rs 52.22 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 47.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.16 per cent to Rs 42.48 crore from Rs 36.57 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 43.33 per cent at Rs 1.29 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.90 crore).
