India, May 19 -- Remsons Industries Limited announced that its UK-based step-down subsidiary, Remsons Automotive Ltd., has been nominated by a leading global commercial vehicle manufacturer for a six-year Hood Rod supply contract.
The contract, scheduled to commence production in the first quarter of calendar year 2027, carries an estimated lifetime value of around Rs 30 crore over the programme duration.
Under the agreement, the company will supply Hood Rod components to the international commercial vehicle OEM for a period of 72 months.
Remsons Industries clarified that the contract has been awarded by a foreign entity and does not involve any related party transaction or promoter group interest.
