India, June 22 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has issued the final revised Kisan Credit Card (KCC) Directions, 2026, after reviewing feedback received from stakeholders on the draft guidelines released on February 12, 2026.
The central bank stated that comments and suggestions received during the public consultation process were examined, and suitable modifications have been incorporated into the final framework.
The revised directions have been issued separately for different categories of lenders, including commercial banks, small finance banks, regional rural banks (RRBs), and rural co-operative banks.
