India, Aug. 12 -- The RailOne app of Indian Railways has recorded 4.76 crore downloads and averages around 10 lakh ticket bookings per day as of August 2, 2026, according to information shared in the Lok Sabha.
Of the daily bookings, around 2.79 lakh are reserved tickets and 7.24 lakh are unreserved tickets. Launched in July 2025, RailOne integrates services including reserved, unreserved and platform ticketing, train enquiries, PNR status and passenger assistance on a single platform.
Meanwhile, the National Train Enquiry System (NTES) handles more than 6 crore enquiries daily and has around 80,000 concurrent users. Its mobile applications have recorded over 4.5 crore Android downloads and 16 lakh iOS downloads as of August 1, 2026.
