India, July 22 -- Indian Railways' RailOne app has crossed 4.55 crore downloads since its launch on July 1, 2025, emerging as a widely used digital platform for railway passengers. The app enables users to book reserved, unreserved and platform tickets, while also providing services such as train and PNR enquiry, RailMadad, and other passenger-related facilities through a single interface.
According to the government, the app currently facilitates an average of 9.65 lakh ticket bookings daily, comprising around 2.75 lakh reserved and 6.89 lakh unreserved tickets.
The RailMadad grievance redressal platform assisted passengers in 6.94 lakh cases during FY2025-26, with 89.49% of users rating the service as excellent or satisfactory. The plat...
