India, June 29 -- Puravankara Ltd. has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) for a 6.4-acre land parcel in Sarjapur, Bengaluru, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 1,000 crore.
The proposed residential project will have a saleable area of around 0.8 million square feet and is aimed at catering to the rising housing demand in the fast-growing Sarjapur corridor. With this transaction, Puravankara's cumulative GDV from land acquisitions and JDAs announced in Q1 FY27 has reached Rs 5,200 crore.
