India, Aug. 21 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.19 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.47 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 59.57 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.40 per cent at Rs 12.59 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10.91 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 22.25 per cent to Rs 11.87 crore from Rs 9.71 crore in year ago period.
Operating Profit slipped by 40.00 per cent to Rs 0.72 crore as against Rs 1.20 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 48.00 per cent in June quarter.
