India, Aug. 26 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.48 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 22.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 43.50 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.14 per cent at Rs 439.53 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 391.94 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.17 per cent to Rs 413.46 crore from Rs 365.33 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 53.14 per cent at Rs 7.10 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 15.15 crore).
