India, Aug. 21 -- Pitti Engineering Ltd. on Thursday, 14 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 11 September 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 11 September 2026.
The last five dividends are 30% Final dividend (Ex Date : 19 September 2025), 30% Final dividend (Ex Date : 13 September 2024), 24% Final dividend (Ex Date : 11 August 2023), 30% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 24 February 2023) and 17% Final dividend (Ex Date : 15 September 2022).
