India, Aug. 6 -- Pawan Hans Ltd. (PHL), a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Norway-based Noemi Aerospace (Elfly AS) to explore collaboration in next-generation sustainable aviation technologies, including electric seaplane solutions.
The MoU was signed in the presence of Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu and Civil Aviation Secretary Samir Kumar Sinha. The proposed collaboration will focus on electric seaplane technologies, skill development, technical knowledge sharing, workshops and feasibility studies.
