India, Aug. 19 -- Paisalo Digital Ltd. has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with LoanKhata for a proposed co-lending partnership with a facility of up to Rs 1,000 crore.
Under the proposed arrangement, Paisalo will fund 80% of each eligible loan, while LoanKhata will contribute the remaining 20%. The facility will primarily focus on providing credit to micro-enterprises and MSMEs.
The partnership is part of Paisalo's three-year strategic roadmap aimed at doubling its assets under management (AUM), total income and profit after tax (PAT), while maintaining strong asset quality.
