India, Aug. 27 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.50 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 10.03 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 55.13 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.15 per cent at Rs 199.49 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 212.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.31 per cent to Rs 186.69 crore from Rs 197.16 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 3.65 per cent at Rs 1.85 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.92 crore).
