India, Oct. 30 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.96 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 6.56 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 9.15 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 29.80 per cent at Rs 29.61 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 42.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 45.32 per cent to Rs 16.52 crore from Rs 30.21 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 12.53 per cent at Rs 3.91 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 4.47 crore).
