India, Aug. 18 -- The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has expanded its online FASTag Local Pass facility to 121 toll plazas across the country, in line with the Government's Digital India vision and its efforts to improve ease of living for citizens.
The facility allows eligible commuters to apply for and subscribe to monthly Local Passes through the Rajmargyatra Mobile App, removing the need for physical visits to toll plazas and manual submission of supporting documents. The initiative is aimed at making National Highway travel more convenient while improving transparency and efficiency in tolling operations.
