NDL Ventures has declared 5% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

India, Aug. 13 -- NDL Ventures Ltd. on Tuesday, 21 April 2026, has announced Final dividend of 5 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Tuesday, 15 September 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 15 September 2026.

The last five dividends are 5% Final dividend (Ex Date : 22 August 2025), 10% Final dividend (Ex Date : 06 September 2024), 20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 25 August 2023), 40% Final dividend (Ex Date : 15 September 2022) and 40% Final dividend (Ex Date : 17 September 2021).
