India, Aug. 25 -- State-owned NBCC (India) Ltd has sold 111 residential units at Aspire Silicon City in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, through an e-auction for a total consideration of approximately Rs 416.53 crore.
The company disclosed the transaction in a regulatory filing on Tuesday. NBCC, which operates in project management consultancy and real estate, will earn a marketing fee equivalent to 1% of the total sale value from the transaction.
