India, Aug. 19 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.23 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 14.90 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 58.19 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 18.72 per cent at Rs 159.92 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 196.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 14.33 per cent to Rs 144.76 crore from Rs 168.98 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 52.30 per cent at Rs 4.63 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 3.04 crore).
