India, March 9 -- The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is implementing several initiatives to improve access to technical expertise for energy-saving projects and provide handholding support to small businesses transitioning towards environmentally sustainable practices.
Key initiatives include the MSME Sustainable (ZED) and MSME Competitive Lean components under the MSME Champion Scheme, the Micro and Small Enterprises Green Investment and Financing for Transformation (MSE-GIFT) Scheme, and the Micro and Small Enterprises – Scheme for Promotion and Investment in Circular Economy (MSE-SPICE).
