India, Aug. 27 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.21 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.24 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 12.50 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 11.86 per cent at Rs 52.02 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 59.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 20.77 per cent to Rs 28.23 crore from Rs 35.63 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 11.11 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.09 crore).
