India, Oct. 7 -- Moneyboxx Finance Ltd has crossed the Rs 1,000 crore milestone in total assets as of September 30, 2026, marking a key step in the company's growth and strengthening its position as a lending platform for micro and small enterprises across semi-urban and rural India.

The asset figure is based on provisional, unaudited management accounts and remains subject to limited review by statutory auditors. The company clarified that total assets refer to balance-sheet assets and are distinct from assets under management (AUM).

With total assets exceeding Rs 1,000 crore, Moneyboxx will fall under the Middle Layer (NBFC-ML) category under the Reserve Bank of India's regulatory framework for non-deposit-taking NBFCs.
