India, Sept. 29 -- The Ministry of Tourism is gearing up for Special Campaign 6.0, to be conducted from October 2 to October 31, 2026, with a focus on cleanliness, reducing pendency and efficient disposal of e-waste.

The campaign will cover ministries, departments, field offices, autonomous bodies and public sector undertakings. A preparatory phase is underway from September 15 to September 30, followed by the implementation phase in October.

Preparations include identifying pending matters, cleanliness sites, redundant material and scrap for disposal, along with measures for space management, record keeping and e-waste collection and segregation.
