India, June 1 -- Maruti Suzuki India recorded its highest-ever monthly sales in May 2026, with total dispatches surging 34.76 per cent year-on-year to a record 2,42,688 units.
The company had reported total sales of 1,80,077 units in May 2025. The strong performance was driven by robust demand across segments, helping the automaker achieve a new monthly sales milestone.
Domestic sales also touched an all-time high, rising to 1,93,535 units in May 2026 from 1,38,690 units in the corresponding month last year. The record-breaking numbers underscore Maruti Suzuki's continued leadership in the passenger vehicle market and highlight strong consumer demand across its product portfolio.
