India, Aug. 20 -- Mankind Pharma Ltd has entered into an exclusive in-licensing and marketing agreement with China-based Chongqing Chenan Biopharmaceutical Co Ltd for the commercialisation of Insulin Degludec and Insulin Degludec + Aspart combination in India.
The partnership will strengthen Mankind Pharma's presence in the diabetes care segment and expand its portfolio of advanced injectable therapies, providing patients with a wider range of treatment options.
The company said the agreement is part of its broader strategy to expand its diabetes portfolio through strategic global partnerships and in-licensing opportunities. It also builds on Mankind Pharma's existing collaborations for Insulin Aspart and Insulin Degludec.
