India, Oct. 27 -- Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has announced the joint development of a 10.05-acre land parcel in North Bengaluru, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 1,250 crore.
The proposed project will offer approximately 1 million sq. ft. of saleable area and will primarily comprise premium residential apartments.
Located around 8 km from Kempegowda International Airport, the project will strengthen Mahindra Lifespaces' presence in North Bengaluru, a growing residential market.
