India, Oct. 28 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.07 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 5.78 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 12.28 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined by 5.15 per cent at Rs 98.94 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 104.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.15 per cent to Rs 87.96 crore from Rs 89.89 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 14.50 per cent at Rs 1.50 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 1.31 crore).
