India, Oct. 15 -- LTM has secured a multi-million-dollar agreement with a leading North American specialty engineering and construction company to consolidate its infrastructure, cybersecurity and application administration managed services under a unified framework.
The agreement has an initial term of three years, during which LTM will develop an AI-led managed services operating model incorporating observability and automation to deliver outcome-driven services and strengthen technology resilience.
The engagement aims to streamline critical IT operations, enhance operational efficiency, improve service quality and reduce management complexity, while accelerating the client's technology modernisation journey.
