India, June 12 -- LTIMindtree has unveiled AI 1000, a strategic workforce transformation program aimed at developing more than 1,000 AI-certified engineers, including a new generation of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), to help enterprises accelerate AI adoption and deployment.
The initiative is anchored by a dedicated Center of Excellence (CoE) and is designed to address the growing demand for professionals who can bridge advanced AI capabilities with business outcomes. FDEs combine expertise in large language models (LLMs), domain-specific AI models, and business processes to convert AI concepts into measurable business value.
