India, July 24 -- Lodha Developers Ltd. on Friday, 24 April 2026, has announced Final dividend of 42.50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 07 August 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 07 August 2026.
The last three dividends are 42.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 22 August 2025), 22.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 16 August 2024) and 10% Final dividend (Ex Date : 08 September 2023).
