India, Aug. 5 -- L.T. Elevator Ltd. has signed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire DYPC Inc. (Dongyang PC Inc.), a South Korea-based manufacturer of automated mechanical car parking systems, marking its entry into the global automated parking technology segment.
The acquisition is a strategic milestone for the company, transforming it from a domestic elevator and parking systems contractor into a global provider of automated parking technology.
