India, Sept. 30 -- KPI Green Energy Ltd has entered into an agreement to acquire 507.9 MW of operational wind energy assets in Gujarat for an enterprise value of approximately Rs 2,410 crore.
The assets, located in Bhuj, Gujarat, are currently owned by Alfanar Energy Pvt Ltd (AEPL) and Netra Wind Pvt Ltd (NWPL).
Under the binding offer, KPI Green Energy will acquire 100% equity in both companies, giving it ownership of the operational wind projects.
