India, Sept. 13 -- KPI Green Energy Ltd. on Wednesday, 06 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 5 percent and Special dividend of 3 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Tuesday, 22 September 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 22 September 2026.
The last five dividends are 4% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 28 January 2026), 5% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 14 November 2025), 4% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 11 August 2025), 4% Final dividend (Ex Date : 12 September 2025) and 4% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 18 February 2025).
