India, Sept. 10 -- Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd has recorded its strongest-ever project launch performance, with more than 600 apartments booked and sales exceeding Rs 600 crore within 60 hours of launching its 'Vyana at The Reserve' project in Vadgaon, Pune.
The 20-acre premium riverside residential development is located along the Sinhgad Road corridor and offers views of the NDA Hills, open spaces and lifestyle amenities. The first phase, 'Vyana at The Reserve', comprises premium 2- and 3-bedroom residences.
