India, Aug. 27 -- Juniper Green Energy, through its subsidiary Juniper Nirjara Energy, has signed a 25-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with SJVN Ltd for a 50 MW firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) project.
The PPA has been secured at a tariff of Rs 4.25 per unit for a tenure of 25 years.
Under the agreement, the project is required to supply power during peak hours for four hours, maintaining 90% monthly availability, along with achieving the minimum annual capacity utilisation factor (CUF) specified under the bid requirements.
The project adds to Juniper Green Energy's portfolio of dispatchable renewable power assets and supports the growing adoption of reliable, round-the-clock renewable energy solutions.
